This is a family business, and as soon as you walk in, you can feel the good vibe. Mr. Vlad was such a sweet heart. My husband and I purchased a salvage vehicle and they kept their word when they say let us know if you need anything after we left. We are located 400 miles away from the store and the made sure to ship anything we needed after we left. Their communication before the purchase and after the purchase was fast and consistent. 2017 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport
Just finalized our purchase a few days ago. Beautiful car, GREAT price. We found Re-Lux Auto through Car Gurus and drove to Sacramento from the Bay Area to check them out. Family owned business for 24 years, stand-up operation, honest, transparent. Had the car inspected, there were a couple of things that came up and Re-Lux was great about taking care of everything in an expeditious manner. They are not a shady, fly-by-night outfit. Did my due diligence and discovered that rebuilt/salvage title cars can be insured for Comp and Collision without an issue and now bank financing is available as well. A car is a depreciating asset, better to put the significant savings in your own pocket versus the new car dealership! Waiting for Re-lux to bring in 2019 Honda Passports, that will be my next purchase. Highly recommend this company.
